Printed Jiffy Bags (Padded Envelopes / Bubble Bags)

Envoprint’s bubble bag printing service continues to go from strength to strength.  As far as we are aware, we are the only UK printers currently offering print onto matt metallic, gloss metallic, plastic outer bubble bags (padded bubble envelopes).  Whilst Black bubble bags with white printing remains the most popular option, stunning effects can be achieved with white or full colour CMYK print onto other coloured padded envelopes as shown below:

In addition to specialist print like the above, our high-volume jiffy bag printing service is also taking off, with new clients appearing not only all over the UK but globally: France, Germany, South Africa, USA, and Canada to name but a few.  We are now sending regular deliveries of printed padded envelopes into mainland Europe.   To achieve the low prices needed for these high-volume clients (10,000 and above quantities), we print in-line at the time of manufacture, getting the prices down to just a few pence per item.

We rarely print onto Jiffy Bag branded bags, because whilst they are very high quality, the print on the reverse of these can detract from the print design, especially if you require a 2-sided print design.  For high volume jobs of several 1000, we can get plain white jiffy bags produced if the Jiffy brand is a must – they do have some unique items not available elsewhere including a foam-lined jiffy mailer that is very slim, lightweight, and also quite cost-effective for example.

We are also able to manufacture pouches and ‘envelopes’ to bespoke sizes with very low minimum order quantities – the exact quantity will depend on the size but can be as low as a few hundred pouches or peel & seal envelopes.  Bespoke-sized bubble pouches are made from translucent bubble material with a clear smooth plastic inner and outer surface.  These can be combined with a bespoke-made envelope or plastic mailing bag for a highly customised and protective unique mailing solution.
