Why is it that custom-size envelopes are so hard to find? Probably because doing small runs of custom size envelopes costs dramatically more per envelope than large manufacturing runs of standard-sized envelopes.
But Envoprint have a range of manufacturing options including hand makings for really small runs, allowing much more reasonable costs if you need an envelope in a custom size.
Customised Envelope Options
The range of customisation options on our bespoke envelopes is comprehensive. These include:
Embossed, Debossed, Matt Laminated, Soft Touch Laminated, Gloss Laminated, Foiled, Digitally Foiled (for variable data foil printing), are all options that Envoprint manufacture.
We even have printing equipment in-house that can print your branding onto the washer of a custom-made string and washer envelope.
