With all the benefits of SolidKlick®, the StrongBar® point of sales display has a very high load capacity, thanks to Envoprint’s unique steel bar reinforcing. This bar is designed and developed to be incorporated into our StrongBar® display units, creating an extra heavy-duty and long-lasting stand. With safety being very important in retail spaces, you can now display your heavy items safely without the risk of shelving collapse [easy to remove for recycling/reuse].
Weight Capacity
The StrongBar® cardboard display unit is engineered for heavy loads, and each shelf is rated to take 15kg (at the most common 600 x 400mm size). The unique steel support elements prevent shelf collapse and transfer the load neatly to the sides of the unit. The stand sides are built from sturdy double or triple-thickness boards to support the total required weight.
Dimensions
The most common and popular size for cardboard retail stands is 600 x 400mm footprint. However, the StrongBar® stand can be made in almost any size, to suit your requirements. The 600 x 400 option, with a 1170mm height (before adding the 300mm header) is also efficient to cut from standard board sizes, reducing wasted material.
Recycled and Recyclable
Like all Envoprint display stands, the StongBar® units are built with FSC-sourced cardboard, which contains recycled material. The unit can be recycled in standard cardboard recycling streams, after removing the steel support and plastic shelf clips. For a zero-plastic option, see the EcoTab® FSDU.
Profiled Header
The header board fixes to the top of the stand is custom-printed and cut out to suit your design. Maximise your brand identity by cutting to a special shape, curve or profile.

Ease of Assembly and Dismantling
Like all Envoprint cardboard retail stands, the StrongBar® is designed to be very easy to assemble and dismantle. The steel supports lock into position with no tools required, and the whole stand can be built from flat-pack to finished in around 1-2 minutes.
